Add the gin and hibiscus syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Add the club soda and top with prosecco.
Notes
Hibiscus syrup can be found at many larger or specialty liquor stores or online. I like to use the Monin brand hibiscus syrup for its color and flavor.
