Equipment

  • collins glass (or highball glass)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz club soda
  • ice
  • optional: orange wheel garnish
  • optional: maraschino cherry garnish

Instructions

  • Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir lightly.
  • Garnish with optional orange wheel and maraschino cherry.
