Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz rye whiskey
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • ½ oz pineapple juice
  • ice
  • optional: pineapple garnish
  • optional: cherry garnish

Instructions

  • Add the rye, dry vermouth, and pineapple juice to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  • Top with a pineapple and cherry garnish if desired.
