This cocktail is a CH-Kitchen original, inspired by the flavors of Thailand and South Asia. The drink features notes of lemongrass, coconut, ginger, lime, and cardamom, paired with gin. It drinks smoothly with a hint of spice. This cocktail is served best in a rocks glass with a large cube of ice.

- See the recipe for coconut-cardamom syrup here.
- To make fresh ginger syrup, dice a medium-sized piece of fresh ginger and chop into fine pieces using a food processor. Place the pieces in a strainer and press with a spoon or muddler to drain juice into a bowl. Run the juice through a piece of cheese cloth to further strain. Dilute 1:1 with water.
