A Grasshopper is a classic dessert cocktail with a flavor similar to that of mint-chocolate chip ice cream from the creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and heavy cream.

Equipment
- shaker
- coupe or rocks glass
Ingredients
- 1 oz green creme de menthe (white creme de menthe plus 2-3 drops of green food coloring can be used instead)
- 1 oz creme de cacao
- 2 oz heavy cream
- ground nutmeg (garnish)
- ice
Instructions
- Add the creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and heavy cream to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Sprinkle ground nutmeg on top as a garnish.
