This custom syrup has a light coconut flavor with a hint of cardamom. It goes well in cocktails, such as our Monsoon Rain drink.
Coconut-Cardamom Syrup
Servings: 12 oz
Ingredients

- ½ cup sugar
- 8 green cardamom seed pods
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the coconut water and sugar until the sugar has just dissolved.

- Remove the mixture from the heat and cover. Allow the mixture to seep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and into a storage container.
Notes
- This syrup can keep in the refrigerator for up to one month.
- Try it in the Monsoon Rain cocktail.
