Pisco Sour

Equipment

  • coupe glass or highball glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 3-5 drops Angostura bitters

Instructions

  • Add the pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 15 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into the glass. There should be a layer of foam on top of the drink.
  • Top with 3-5 drops of Angostura bitters.
