The White Linen cocktail is a variation on a gin fizz, which adds notes of cucumber and elderflower to the gin, lemon, and bubbles.

Equipment
- shaker
- highball or collins glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3 cucumber slices
- 2 oz club soda
- ice
- optional: cucumber slice garnish
Instructions
- Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cucumber slices to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 25-30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a highball or collins glass filled with ice.
- Balance the glass with club soda.
- Top with an optional cucumber slice garnish.
