The Strawberry Gin Spritz takes gin and prosecco and adds a ripe strawberry flavor to this bubbly cocktail.

Equipment
- shaker
- wine glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- ¾ oz strawberry syrup
- ¾ oz club soda
- 3 oz prosecco
- ice
- optional: strawberry garnish
Instructions
- Add the gin and strawberry syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a wine glass filled with ice.
- Add the club soda.
- Balance with prosecco.
- Add the optional strawberry garnish if desired.
