This recipe is a strawberry version of a classic gimlet. This Strawberry Gimlet replaces the simple syrup of a gimlet with strawberry syrup, lending the drink a deep red color and bold strawberry flavor alongside the gin and lime juice.

Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.75 oz strawberry syrup
- ice
- optional: strawberry garnish
Instructions
- Add the gin, lime juice, and strawberry syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Add a strawberry garnish if desired.
