The Negroni Sbagliato (in Italian: the “incorrect Negroni”) removes the gin from a classic Negroni and adds prosecco. This sparkling cocktail is slightly bittersweet with hints of orange and spices.

Servings: 1 drink
Equipment
- shaker
- rocks glass
Ingredients
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 oz prosecco
- ice
- orange twist garnish
Instructions
- Add the Campari and sweet vermouth to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Balance with prosecco.
- Add an orange twist as garnish.
