This is a recipe for the classic Aperol Spritz. The standard ratios of 3:2:1 are applied here. This cocktail is a refreshing option on a warm day. The bittersweet orange Aperol gives this a distinctive taste and color.

  • 1 oz club soda
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • ice
