Aperol Sour

Equipment

  • shaker
  • coupe glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz aperol
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • ice
  • optional: orange wedge garnish

Instructions

  • Add the aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 10 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  • Add optional orange wedge garnish if desired.

Notes

  • If you prefer a stronger drink, you can subtract 0.5 oz aperol, 0.25 oz lemon juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup and add 1 oz of gin.
