The Spritz Bianco (“white spritz” in Italian) is a classic Italian sparkling cocktail. The “bianco” refers to bianco vermouth or any other white wine that can be used.

- wine glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz bianco vermouth
- 1 oz club soda
- 3 oz prosecco
- ice
- optional: lemon wedge garnish
Instructions
- Add the bianco vermouth to a wine glass filled with ice.
- Add the club soda and balance the glass with prosecco.
- Add an optional lemon wedge garnish if desired.
