Passionfruit Gin Spritz

This recipe adds passionfruit to the classic spritz formula. The sparkling prosecco and club soda and rich passionfruit combine for a sweet and refreshing gin cocktail, perfect for a summer day at the beach.

Passionfruit Gin Spritz

Equipment

  • shaker
  • wine glass

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ¾ oz passionfruit puree
  • ¾ oz club soda
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • ice
  • optional: mint leaf garnish

Instructions

  • Add the gin and passionfruit puree to a shaker filled with ice and shake for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a wine glass filled with ice.
  • Add the club soda, followed by the prosecco.
  • Top with an optional mint leaf garnish.
