This classic spritz from Milan tastes slightly bitter with an orange, rhubarb, and spice flavor from the Campari. If you enjoy an Aperol Spritz and can tolerate bitter drinks, you may enjoy this Campari Spritz.

  • 2 oz Campari
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • ice
  • optional: orange slice garnish
