Hugo Spritz

- muddler
- wine glass
Ingredients
- 3 oz prosecco
- 2 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz club soda
- sprig of mint leaves
- optional: lemon wheel garnish
- ice
Instructions
- Add the elderflower liqueur and mint leaves to the glass and muddle lightly. Let the mixture sit for 3-4 minutes.
- Add ice to the glass, followed by the club soda and prosecco.
- Add optional lemon wheel garnish if desired.
